Term & Condition
- The pricelist above doesn’t include accommodation for certain campuses or specific locations. #Storykupeople can find out about transportation costs by contacting #Storymin directly.
- Your order will be recorded once you make a down payment (IDR 100,000) within a maximum of 4 hours after filling out the form.
- All payments with Storykuphoto can only be made through: BCA Bank Account.
- Payments that have been received can’t be refund. By making a payment, you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
- You can reschedule at least one week in advance, but you can only do this once. If you need to make another change, we’ll have to rearrange the photographer’s schedule, so it will be charged 150K.
- If you cancel booking around H-7 to D-Day will be charged 75%.
- The package duration includes travel time between photo spots. Each package is valid for one location only (with multiple spots), not two separate locations at different places, for example a hotel and a campus.
- All fees and permits related to the photoshoot location shall be the responsibility of the client.
- Clients aren’t able to downgrade their packages, so they can’t shorten the duration, decrease the number of graduates, or delay schedules.
- The photo session starts based on the booked time (not the meeting time or when the shooting first begins), with a maximum lateness tolerance of 10 minutes if the photographer doesn’t have another photo schedule in the next hour; after that, the time will start running.
- Clients can request to start photo session a little bit earlier if the photographer is ready on the spot and there aren’t have others schedule.
- If something surprising comes up, like rain or anything else, we can reschedule photoshoot to a different time at the same day, or we can take the pictures indoor.
- The photo results will be shared within one day after the photoshoot session, provided that the payment has been completed. The photos will be sent in JPEG format via Google Drive (D+1).
- The original photos will be stored for a maximum of five (5) days. Any errors or issues reported after this period shall not be our responsibility.
- Editing requests are valid for (5) days following the upload of the original photos. Requests submitted after this period will require an additional payment.
- The editing process takes 7–10 working days after the client submits the list of selected edits. If you need it sooner, you can choose the additional fast edit service.
- Color grading or tone for every client, it won’t be exactly the same (there will be adjustments) because of differences in photo location, time of day, skin tone, undertone, ambiance, clothing color, and weather.
- Requests for another tone and the removal of photo watermarks aren’t permitted. We think that when clients pick us, they appreciate our portfolio.
- We do not allow photo editing like altering body shapes (thin or fat), adding or removing objects, or changing the background.
- Using mood board and shot list is allowed to show the style that client wants, but 10 references are enough. It much better to describe your best-angle, family condition, trust to #Storyteam and don’t forget to keep you in good mood and good condition.
- Your photo maybe shared in our Instagram account @storykuphoto! If you’d prefer not to have us posted, just let us know.
- We can’t take responsibility for photo theft, wrong used, or shared in one or more social media accounts, like #graduationinspiration, #graduationstyle, #graduationoutfit, and etc.
